01 — Run / Jump / Throw
First, run right.
Run, jump, throw. Master the fundamental movements behind every sport, matched to each child's age and growth.
Bangkok / Ages 1–15 / Sports Education
When kids learn to run right, every sport gets more fun.
A former professional footballer grows your child's "I did it!" moments
through track & field and multi-sports.
The form takes about 1 minute — not sure which class? We'll help you choose.
More Than a Sports School
Running faster. Doing something for the first time. Cheering on a teammate. Each moment builds a child's confidence. ASA is not a school that only teaches winning. Through running, thinking, and working with friends, we raise children who can take on challenges by themselves.

01 — Run / Jump / Throw
Run, jump, throw. Master the fundamental movements behind every sport, matched to each child's age and growth.

02 — See / Think / Move
Read the situation, choose, and move. Eight sports build decision-making, teamwork, and sports IQ.

03 — Try / Respect / Grow
Greetings, discipline, challenge, respect for teammates. On the field, children learn to stack small wins and losses into strength.
8 Sports. More Possibilities.
Before specializing, children explore a wide range of movement and discover the sport that fits them. A seasonal rotation builds a broad, deep athletic foundation.
Long-Term Athlete Development / Ages 1–15
Built on the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, ASA develops each child step by step — from movement foundations to competition-ready ability — in line with their development.
Ages1–2
The first exercise habits, built together with parents. Walking, running, climbing, and crawling through play.
Ages3–4
Learn how to use the body through play, developing agility, balance, and coordination.
Ages5–6
Repeat the basics of running, jumping, throwing, and catching, and find sparks of "I love this" across multiple sports.
Ages7–9
Refine sprint form and movement quality — with coaching in discipline and rigor — turning the joy of improving into confidence.
Ages10–12
Read the game, think, and choose your own play. Goal-setting and reflection build independence.
Ages13–15
Individualized training tuned to growth spurts, stacking strength and technique step by step.
* Ages are a guide. Our coaches assess experience, physical development, and motivation to recommend the right stage.
