FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything we want you to know before your first trial lesson — what to bring, fees, choosing a class, and how we keep children safe.

01

Your trial lesson

My child has never done sport before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of our children start as complete beginners. We build the basics — running, jumping, throwing — one step at a time, matched to each child’s age and stage of development. We care far more about collecting small “I did it!” moments than about who is fastest.
I don’t know which class to choose.
You don’t need to decide on your own. Send us your child’s age and sporting experience on LINE and a coach will suggest the right class. The listed ages are a guide only — we also look at physical development, experience and how your child feels about it.
Is the trial lesson paid?
The trial fee is 500–600 THB depending on the class. There is no registration or annual fee at the trial stage. You can check the fee for each class on the fees page.
Do I have to join after the trial?
Not at all. We will never pressure you after a trial lesson. Take your time to decide as a family — and if you’d like to try a different class first, just let us know.
What should we bring and wear?
Nothing special is required.
  • Comfortable sportswear (T-shirt and shorts)
  • Indoor shoes or trainers, depending on the venue
  • Water, a towel and a change of clothes
The uniform is provided after joining (included in the registration fee). We’ll confirm venue-specific details when you book.
Can parents watch the lesson?
Yes, you are welcome to watch. The Enjoy Rhythm Gymnastics class for ages 1–4 is a parent-and-child class, so you take part together. Do come and see how your child interacts with the coaches.
How do I book?
Book through the reservation form (about one minute to complete), or message us on LINE. If you are unsure about the class or the schedule, starting on LINE is usually quickest.
Can siblings try together?
Yes. If they are different ages we will suggest the right class for each of them. Whether they can attend at the same time depends on the venue and the day, so please ask us in advance.

Classes and coaching

What ages do you accept?
We coach children from ages 1 to 15, across classes matched to their stage of development:
  • Enjoy Rhythm Gymnastics (ages 1–4)
  • Enjoy Class (ages 5–7)
  • Enjoy Elite Class (ages 8–10)
  • Advance Class (ages 11–15)
  • Football Physical Class / Personal Lessons
What language is the coaching in?
Our professional fitness coaches, who know the body inside out, lead the sessions in English. Sessions are run in Japanese and English. Alongside Japanese families living in Bangkok, children from many other backgrounds train together here — across schools, year groups and languages.
Is it only track and field?
No. Correct running form is the foundation we build everything on, but children also rotate through basketball, football, volleyball, tag rugby, gymnastics, dodgeball and more, season by season. Experiencing a wide range of movement is how children find the sport that suits them.
Who are the coaches?
Founder and Head Coach Seiya Kojima brings 14 years as a professional in the Thai League and has coached over 400 children. He has been based in Thailand since 2012. His programmes combine competitive experience with age-appropriate coaching design.
I’m worried about injuries. How do you keep children safe?
We follow the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, so the intensity and content always match the child’s age and stage. We spend real time on warm-ups and movement preparation, and never push unsafe form or excessive load. A child who isn’t feeling well can simply watch that day. Please tell us before the trial about any medical conditions, allergies or past injuries.
How many children are in a class?
Classes are group sessions that mix schools and year groups. Numbers vary by season and class, so please ask on LINE for the current situation. We keep groups at a size our coaches can properly supervise.
I’m not sure we can keep it up.
Once a week is a perfectly good place to start. With the ticket plan you can adjust how often you come to suit your schedule. What matters most to us is that your child leaves wanting to come back and do it again.

Fees and payment

Is there a registration or annual fee?
Registration is 1,000 THB, paid once when you join, and includes the uniform. The 1,000 THB annual fee applies only to members on a monthly plan.
What plans are available?
Two: a ticket plan, where you choose how many sessions to buy, and a monthly plan with a set number of sessions each week. Prices differ by class — see the fees page for details.
Do tickets expire?
Yes. As a guide, 8-session tickets are valid for 3 months and tickets of 16 sessions or more for 4 months (this varies by class). The expiry date is printed on each ticket. All tickets are non-refundable. If there is any chance you won’t use them in time, please talk to us before you buy.
Can we make up a missed lesson?
On a monthly plan, a missed session can be made up within one month before or after the date. Please let us know on LINE in advance when your child will be absent.
We have a trip home or a long holiday coming up.
Please talk to us before purchasing. We can often find a solution, but only when we hear about it in advance. We are unable to make arrangements after a purchase has been made.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes.
  • Tickets of 16 sessions or more can be shared between siblings
  • Buying separately, the second child onwards receives 10% off lesson fees
  • The second child onwards receives 30% off the uniform
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Venues, shuttle and on the day

Where do you train?
The venue depends on the class and the day. We currently use Future Steps Bangkok, Wells International School Thonglo Campus and Hybrid Football Field, among others. You can check venues and times by day on the fees & schedule page.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes. A single trip is 350 THB, the once-a-week course is 1,200 THB and the twice-a-week course is 2,200 THB. Each shuttle is limited to 8 children, so please enquire early.
What if we’re running late or need to miss a session?
Just message us on LINE. Letting us know in advance makes it much easier to arrange a make-up session.
What happens in bad weather?
Classes at outdoor venues may be changed or cancelled depending on the weather. We will contact you on LINE, so please check there on the day. Indoor classes run as normal.
Can we just come and watch first?
Of course. You are very welcome to come and get a feel for the atmosphere first. Please let us know on LINE beforehand so we can accommodate you at the venue.

Still have a question?
